Hi Backers!
I know that some of you are requesting an update. There is not much to share right now, it is super exciting that pictures of the product are showing up all over social media! We have shipped 212 pledges and have 103 left to go.
As said before with all the challenges of the campaign we are currently severely under staffed for the work load. It is the vicious circle where you need more resources to speed up the delivery, but you need the delivery done so you can make the revenue needed to add more resources!!
I offered to assist in the painting department, but i was politely told they want the backers happy with our paint jobs and i am needed in sculpting :)
As pledges head out the door, order confirmation emails go out to backers that slide into the que. When you receive your order confirmation email you are getting close to getting your ship notification.
Until the next update for the 103 left to go, rest assured you will get your order confirmation email as soon as we can!

End of 2023 update!

Hello backers, and happy new year!
We are processing pledges as we have all their pieces in small batches to make it more manageable. when we are working on your pledge in the current batch you will get an order confirmation email from galladoria.com this will give you the heads up that you will get your shipping and tracking info shortly. If you have not gotten your order confirmation yet, then we are still working away and not quite ready for you yet :)
2023 has been an incredibly challenging year, and we are looking forward to 2024! Last week we got 12 backers in the mail to close out the year and have more slated to hit the mail the first week of 2024 in a few days. We currently have 163 painted backers left to go, and there will be a new batch of order confirmation emails going out this coming week letting those lucky backers know they are up next!
2023 saw the addition of a second Husky puppy as part of the Galladoria team :) here is a picture of the two Siberian Huskys overseeing the painting department :)

Good afternoon backers!
We hope everyone is getting read for this holiday season. We wanted to talk about a slight adjustment to the hand painted fulfillment we have made. We have decided for the remaining items to be painted, to paint them in smaller batches of 35 instead of 100% at once. This change will slow us down slightly BUT it will allow us to start doing rolling fulfillment. First pledges will be hitting the mail in the next week or so!
Backers who are ready to head out the door will be shipped as soon as we can instead of holding them. Some one will be first and some one will obviously be last, we try to make all of our backers as happy as possible, but we feel this rolling fulfillment adjustment will be our best solution.
As people get their painted pledges in, please free to drop a comment in the Kickstarter comments and let us know what you think! hopefully the other backers still waiting will appreciate the insight, and know we are getting to their pledge as fast as we can :)

Good afternoon backers!
We hit the major milestone of all unpainted backers being shipped!
Last Saturday the final packages hit the mail :) We are now starting to review the order in which we will start to ship out hand painted backers based on what was ordered and what is complete.
What to expect next:
Over the coming weeks, we are going to start to add some of these pieces to our website. The new product will only be available unpainted until the painting department finishes shipping out the painted pledges.
We also have a bunch of new releases that are going to be coming to the webstore that we have held back while the Kickstarter still had unpainted backers to go! keep an eye on emails and social media posts from us highlighting these new releases.
New website functionality. Since we have gone over to an inventory on hand model for painted products and no longer take paint to order, orders there are a lot of out of stock messages! we have added the ability for you to sign up for back in stock email or text message notifications! This also allows us to see what products have high demand so we can restock those first! We are currently doing small restocks of certain products every week but they have been going back out of stock very fast! this should help you know right away when something you are looking for is available.
We will post another update soon with an update on hand painted fulfillment and where we are!

Happy saturday backers!
I just wanted to post a quick update that we are recovered from covid and feeling much better!
I am currently in the shop and starting to produce the 4 inch walls and siege towers that we were short for the last unpainted backers!
I anticipate that we will start to ship out some packages some time next week, and i will post again when all unpainted is competed!
The painting department is currently working on the stretch goal boxes, more updates on painted as we go!
