The funds from the 3D Printing campaign are going to be used to bring some of the most popular fortresses to our webstore as SiOCast plastic terrain kits.

Good afternoon backers!
Here we are going to show you 4 sample Fort layouts, and the pieces that make up each build. We do not have the production molds done yet for the guard towers so simply replace the corner pieces with guard tower pieces in your mind if you are looking to include them!
The Small Fort is made up of
(9) 4 Inch Segments
The Round Fort is made up of
(3) 4 Inch Segments
(12) 2 Inch Segments
The Medium Fort is made up of
(9) 4 Inch Segments
(8) 2 Inch Segments
The Large Fort is made up of
(8) 2 Inch Segments
(19) 4 Inch Segments
Here is a picture of the updated Broken Wall Segment
Attached are painted pictures of the Human Fountain and the Orc Fountain!
We are excited to be launching our first ever STL Kickstarter this coming Monday, to get the Frontier Fortresses out into the communities hands. We will eventually be bringing some of these Fortresses to our store and SiOCast after we complete the Factions of Galladoria manufacturing. We thought this would be a great opportunity to get those with an interest in 3d printing access to these super cool Fortresses, and raise additional funds for Galladoria R&D efforts!
We hope to see everyone there,
Kevin and Meadow.

Happy Friday Backers!
This is a very short and sweet update for today. As a company we just got back from our last tradeshow of the year ReaperCon for Reaper Miniatures. It was an incredible show and we got to see a lot of you in person and show off some of the Factions of Galladoria pieces!
While we were at the show our team back in the shop have been busy continuing the creation of all the SiOCast molds that we need for the campaign.
This week coming up we are going to start to have some of our first production Palisade walls coming out, and as soon as we have enough of the molds complete we will be showing potential Palisade layouts along with the piece count needed to make that build.
Shortly after we post that update we will be getting ready to close the pledge manager. What this means is if you have made selections after you finalize your pledge you will not be able to change it.
Our creative team is also hard at work on the digital STL relaunch of our Frontier Fortresses campaign. We are excited to announce that on September 26th we will be launching a Kickstarter for STL files of all the Fortresses from the campaign we had to cancel along with a huge amount of stretch goals to add even more variation to your Human, Dwarf, Elf, and Orc fortresses and siege encampments! Even though these are going to be STL files for home 3d printing in the future we may bring some of these assets to SiOCast and our webstore. We did want to bring these pieces out to our customers as quickly as we can and STL's for home 3d printing seemed like the natural fit.
As always if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to ask! and the next update should show off multiple palisade layouts on a table with the piece count needed to make up those builds!
Thank you again for your incredible support, and hopefully we will see you on September 26th for our Frontier Fortresses STL Kickstarter!

Happy Friday backers,
Here at Galladoria Games its a crazy blur of activity! We are working hard on the Kickstarter fulfillment, we are also getting ready to go to GenCon for our first time ever!
If you are at the show come say hi! We will have a bunch of our product on display and some of our Kickstarter pieces as well. Get a chance to see them in person before they arrive at your house :)
In just a few weeks we have some new team members joining us and helping to grow the business! Zack will be joining our production department, and Alyson is coming on board to help expand our painting department!
One of our backers requested a picture to visualize the scale difference between the small ballista and the large siege ballista. Picture below!
Here is a quick shot of the Human Lamp post fresh out of the mold!
Skyler the winner of the Hero's of Galladoria contest is bringing his Waffle Witch to all of you :) Here is a picture of the final mini hand painted by our team. All Backers will be getting this mini unpainted, but it is a blast to paint!
This week has seen the completion of the Rampart molds for the Palisades and here is a quick preview of some of the production casts going on !
When we launched this campaign we had just come off the unfortunately unsuccessful Frontier Fortresses Kickstarter, so we had not planned on doing any of the fortresses. You the backers had other plans for us :)
So far for this campaign we are going to be producing over 17,000 Palisade Fortress pieces!!!!! WOW we have heard you loud and clear. Our art department is hard at work on our next Kickstarter, but we want to bring all of the year+ hard work the team did on Frontier Fortresses to the community. We unfortunately do not have the production capacity to bring this to SioCast just yet, but we are going to be launching a digital presupported STL version of that campaign later on this year!!! This will allow those awesome fortresses to make it to your gaming tables and help fund the expansion of our SioCast production capabilities. We will be bringing them to SioCast in the future, but we wanted to get the digital version into your hands as soon as possible.
We are also going to be launching a Patreon soon to bring our expanded creative team's art to you as STL files on a monthly basis, and then bring some of our favorites to galladoria.com as SioCast hand painted models as well!
We are making the molds and expanding our production team to bring Factions of Galladoria to you as quickly as possible, but it is looking like we are going to need a bit more time then we originally thought.
Since we are going to need a bit more time on the production side we will keep the pledge manager open as long as we can. We originally were going to close it in mid August, but we are going to push that back until late September / early October. We are also going to be posting potential layouts of the Palisades for you to see and help make sure you have the correct pledge you are hoping for!
We will keep you updated on a regular basis of our progress and hope to have pledges beginning to ship out to backers before the holiday.
Heros of Galladoria, Pegged Palisade Walls, and Production Casts update!

Happy Friday Backers!
We are just a few weeks out from GenCon. Galladoria Games is super excited to be exhibiting at GenCon for the first time this year! If you are at the show swing by booth 2761 and say hi in person :)
We are incredibly excited to share these first renders of the Waffle Witch. This character concept is from Skyler and our Heros of Galladoria competition!!
The Waffle Witch is flying on a broom stick with her trusty familiar butter the bird perched on the front. She is holding up a waffle iron spell book, and sporting a waffle belt buckle as well. From the back of the broom we have a trail of maple syrup and waffles in her path! Next week we will be doing a final review and tweak session with Skyler and then we will update everyone with prototype pieces of the Waffle Witch!
Palisade Walls with the Hex type base and pegs.
We are getting close to locking in the final design and engineering of the palisade walls and gate. As you can see from the short video below the bases can be aligned at any degree and allow you to create many unique layouts for your wooden palisade including round. We are currently planning on shipping them flat packed. When you get the palisades you can keep them separate and the pegs are sturdy enough to hold them in place. We are going to be tightening up the tolerances just a bit to make the fit a little more snug. Its a balancing act because you do not want to have any issues with the connection during casting when you are far down the production line with variations in those tolerances.
As a customer if you do not mind storing them with the bases attached a few drops of super glue would create a permanent bond for the walls and gate, or you could disassemble them after use and store them flat packed as well!
and finally here are a few more of the production casts going on! This week we are showing off the Elf Lamp Post, the Dwarf Lamp Post, and the Dwarf Banner.
We hope everyone has a great weekend, and let us know how you are planning on using and storing your wooden palisade walls :)
