Locking Addresses in Backerkit!

Hi everyone,
We just sent out the lock addresses email from Backerkit. Please check your address and make any updates as necessary. If you need to update it again after the lock and your pledge has not yet shipped, we can do this for you on the back end.
We just got in a huge shipment of boxes to start to put together all of the kits! We are planning on starting to ship out unpainted pledges on the 12th. As they start to arrive we hope you will come to the comments and let everyone know what you think :)
As we start to send out packages we will post comments on how we are doing, and when we hit any milestones / finish unpainted fulfillment.
Hand painted is still going strong and we will have more updates there later this month!
We are hoping to launch our small mimic stl kickstarter in the next week or so! If you can please come and support us there!
As a quick update I am slowly recovering from the MS relapse, my walking is getting better but my left hand is being a pain still and of course I am left handed!!! Thank you so much to everyone who has shown such incredible support and concern, it is truly appreciated :)
We can't wait to hear what everyone thinks of the Factions of Galladoria when they start to arrive this month!

The Wooden Guard Tower!!!

Good evening backers!
We could not wait to share with you some photo's of the Wooden Guard Tower! This is by far the largest SioCast model we have ever made. It has 3 playable floors and comes with 20 pieces in the kit. It spanned 6 molds and is glorious :)
In a few weeks we will have another update to the remaining mold spreadsheet with our progress. We are quickly closing in on the finish line! We have also been completing and sealing thousands of painted models over the last few weeks.
We will be sending out all of the unpainted pledges first, while our painting team completes the hand painted Kickstarter pieces. As we get closer to the finish line we will keep everyone updated on our best sense of timing.
We also had Pere from SiOCast in the factory this week doing machine maintenance and some training on site. He took this fun video of the new human lamp posts!
For any of our backers that enjoy home 3d printing, we are going to be launching a fundraising Kickstarter in the near future. This is going to be the only way to get every MIMIC and every matching non MIMIC accessory we have ever made as a pre-supported STL file for home printing :)
The minimum pledge will be $10 but donate whatever you like, all funds will be used to help expand and grow our SiOCast and Hand Painting business! This is a great way of providing some awesome content quickly that does not interfere with our physical production team, as well as raising some funds to release even more awesome SiOCast models hand painted to the community.

Happy Friday Backers!
We wanted to start off this update by sharing some awesome production pictures as well as behind the scenes photos. If you follow us on Instagram at galladoriagames you will see a lot of these photos and more on a regular basis!

Here are some in progress photos from our painting department of Statues, Elven Barricades, and Broken Palisade walls at different steps in the painting process!
Here is a shot of the Dwarven BunkBed Mold still in the mold frame and ready for demolding and venting!
We had a few set backs that slowed us down, but we are quickly picking up steam and nearing the mold complete stage of the campaign! Once we are complete with all of the engineering and mold making then we will be able to start to prep for unpainted fulfillment. Once the unpainted is out the door it will be finishing up the painting and getting the campaign wrapped up for everyone! Once the campaign has come to a close we will be putting all of this new product up on our website galladoria.com
For each update now I am going to be providing a master list of models and where we are in the process. This will give you a near real time view of where we are and how close we are to starting fulfillment!
We are planning on doing our next update by the end of the month, and are excited to share new models and the updated master mold list!
