Hi Backers,
I hope those in the USA are getting ready for a great long weekend! We have been incredibly busy these last few weeks with some infrastructure and other projects. I wanted to post today to show off some of the latest production casts. Today we are showing the Elf Arrow Barrel, the Human Sword Barrel, The Orc Small Ballista, and the Elf Small Ballista.
By popular request we have included a bunch of glamor shots with the Orc Small Ballista on board, and ready to cause some havoc on Reaper Miniatures Full Size Pirate Ship! We have also finished painting it up so no more grey ship :)
This week we are also closing in on the final functional design of the 2" Pallisade Walls segments. This is going to determine how all of the wall segments function, but the backer inspired 45 Degree base design allowing for infinite angles and double post for wall removal looks to be a success! We didn't quite make it to add the photos to this weeks update so look forward to those next week!

Happy weekend backers!
Things were incredibly busy last week, and before i knew it Friday had come and gone without an update on production! Here is a quick peek at some fresh casts from new production molds from this week.
Human, Elf, Dwarf, and Orc Braziers. Elf and Orc Prisoner Pits, and Human Banners!
The Pledge Manager is up and running and we have had about a 70% response rate so far, thank you all for providing us this information quickly!
This is a short update for this week, but we are working on the updated hex type bases for the pallisade walls and the pegs for making them removable for shipping and storage. That update may be out as soon as next week!

Happy Friday Backers,
We have lots of information to share this week. We have a bunch of new Production pieces to show off, lets jump right into those now!

We are also just starting to produce the faction specific braziers, but they didn't make the photo deadline so they will be added to next weeks update :)
Hero's of Galladoria! we have used googles random number generator to select one lucky backer! and that winner is.
SKYLER!
If Skyler declines the opportunity of having a favorite D&D character custom sculpted and immortalized forever in our webstore then we will draw another backer.
Skyler is going to have the chance to do an initial zoom session with Jon and I from our creative department and plan out their Hero! After we collect all of the information we are going to go to work sculpting this Hero. We will then do a second session to review our work and provide any adjustments at that point. We will then present the final Hero to all of the backers and include a FREE unpainted copy to every backer. We will also launch this hero on our website, and have them become the first Hero of Galladoria in a new category for us!

BackerKit update, our Pledge Manager.
We are starting our initial smoke test of a random subset of backers today. We will monitor their BackerKit Experience and be sure no unforeseen issues arise. If their initial emails go smoothly then we will send out the invites to the rest of the backers early next week.
We have decided to get the pledge manager released as soon as possible, but in some cases some images are WIP and will be replaced over time in the Backer Kit. The Backer Kit will remain open until as close to shipping as we can so there should be plenty of time to make your selections, and review any updated photos as they go live.
The shipping logic in BackerKit does not fully support our needs so we are going to implement the following.
If you passed the free shipping thresholds of the campaign $50 USA, $100 CANADA, $200 Rest of the World then simply complete your backer kit and you will be all set.
If you do not meet the free shipping threshold and are going to complete your BackerKit you will then be flagged and receive a follow up from us directly. We will be collecting shipping just before we begin fulfillment out side of Backerkit with our ecommerce platform.
100% of your pledge will be made available to you in BackerKit but nothing will be pre-selected. You will need to apply your credits and any additional funds you wish in the BackerKit Pledge Manager. All free stretch goals will automatically be added to your order during fulfillment. If you add any of the Stretch Goals in the BackerKit you are requesting additional copies!
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://factions-of-galladoria.backerkit.com.

Here is a very quick update just showing you some of what we have been up to this week. We have made great progress on the pledge manager. The uploading of the photography for the selections is the most time consuming part going on right now.
We are going to launch the pledge manager shortly just be aware some of the photos are not final. We have a few WIP shots still that need to be finalized and a few items that are having slight tweaks happening (Update to the sculpt of the broken pallisade wall from backer feedback for example), but we figured it was best to get everyone access as soon as possible, and we would simply swap out photos over the coming weeks as things get locked down!
Here is a video of some in progress painting, in anticipation of painted backers selections as well as photos of the Dwarf War Gong hot off the SiOCast.
