Evening backers!
So we are back from Reapercon our last show of the year, and it was a blast seeing some of you! It seems like the universe is out to get us. A bunch of us have just tested positive for covid again :(
We are going to rest and get over this damn plague as quickly as possible. As we said before the show we have 14 unpainted backers still to ship and we need to make some siege towers and 4 inch walls. It looks like we are going to be delayed another week roughly while we get over this round of covid. I will post another update as soon as the unpainted is officially all out the door and we are onto just painted left!

Happy Sunday Backers,
So we were hoping to have 100% of the unpainted out the door before this update, but we fell short by 14 backers :( We are leaving Monday morning for our last convention of the year Reapercon! If you are in Texas and at the show labor day weekend stop by and say hi! its a 3 day drive each way from Rhode Island so we have to hit the road tomorrow.
We fell short by 14 backers, because we realized we were short about 120 4 inch walls and some modular tower and siege tower parts :( as soon as we get back from the show we will make the missing parts and close the unpainted part of this campaign to move onto painted YAY!
Speaking of painting, we have made the decision on our ecommerce store to swap over to an inventory on hand system for painted instead pf paint to order. This means that if you are shopping and see a painted product you would like for sale, it will ship immediately. This also means that since supplies are limited you will see out of stock messages and resupply emails, we don't anticipate painted inventory lasting very long after each restock.
This will allow us to plan out our work load a bit easier, and allow us to get the painted half of this Kickstarter out even quicker.

Hello Backers!
Quick unpainted shipping update.
Roughly half of the backers for this campaign were unpainted. We are currently just over 1/3 fulfilled! We took a short break for the holiday this week, but we are now ramping up to continue shipping out pledges.
Packages will start to hit the mail again starting Monday. As we get to additional milestones we will continue to post quick updates. There was a problem with the pallisade Gates where when they were fully opened the piece would tip over, so we are quickly redoing those as fast as we can! You should see pledges with gates hitting the mail soon.
We are a very small company and have one person in shipping handling all of the Kickstarter as well as store orders so please bare with us :)
Speaking of being a small company, we are going to be launching our "The complete mimic collection STL" Kickstarter tomorrow! It is the only way to get EVERY mimic and matching non mimic accessory we have made as STL files for home printing. This campaign is going live to help us grow the company and bring even more awesome hand painted miniatures to the industry :) There is a single very low pledge for the campaign, but if you like what were doing and can donate more, we are incredibly appreciative,. We will use all funds to grow the hand painted business!

Unpainted Fulfillment has begun!

This is a very short and sweet update!
Unpainted fulfillment has officially begun!! We just sent out a handful of backers slowly testing out using our website for fulfillment, and its going well. We are going to continue to send out a handful of backers each day this week working up to the weekend.
As we get further into the unpainted fulfillment we will post another update. If you are a lucky backer who gets their stuff soon, we would love for you to share your feedback here!
We can't wait for everyone to receive their product :)

We are so sorry for this last second extra step, but if all backers could create an account on our ecommerce store this is how we are going to actually ship out your packages.
Backerkit has collected your pledge information, but their shipping rates to us in some cases are up to 70% more expensive then our negotiated ecommerce rates!!
one we are ready to ship your pledge you will get shipping confirmation and tracking from our webstore just like any other order. This will allow you to also update it until the very last second on your own.
To create an account on our website assuming you don't already have one do the following
go to www.galladoria.com
click the person icon in the top right corner
Select create a new account or log in if you already have one.
Create your address and email information or verify what is already in there is correct
thats it! you will now be in our system and we can fulfill your pledge :)
I am sorry about the inconvenience, but this will be a substantial cost savings for us in getting your pledges out to you!
