Production Casts

Happy Friday backers!

While we wait on Kickstarter to deposit the funds and send over the backer information, we have anxiously started up the production process of getting this campaign fulfilled and then onto retail!

Here are some casts off the production line.  Pardon the photos I grabbed them from bins and used a cell phone to take them, but i wanted to show off the raw pieces!

Here are the Human, Orc, Elf, and Dwarf chairs.  The Dwarf and Human prisoner pits, and Dwarf bomb barrels!

Good Afternoon Backers!

I just wanted to post a quick update.  We are all back in the Factory today and are welcoming our newest team member at Galladoria Games Aurora!

Aurora joins us working in the casting department.  She will be helping to manufacture all of our products and expand our capacity!

While we are waiting on Kickstarter to finalize their process and transfer the funds from the campaign we are full steam ahead.  We are producing some more of the production molds and should have some updated photos of casts at the end of this week.  We have also started to load and configure our Backer Kit Pledge manager software.  The current estimate is we will begin rolling out access to the pledge manager at the very end of this month, into the first week of next month.

After we get the final backer list from Kickstarter, we will have another update with timing and results from our Hero's of Galladoria  Promotion!  We will be using a random number generator to pick a backer number.  If that backer accepts we will do 2 zoom sessions with Kevin and Jon to bring their favorite D&D character to life, and provide every backer with a free unpainted copy of a brand new Galladoria Hero mini.

That is it for today, I just wanted to let everyone know we are recovered from our covid outbreak and back in the factory welcoming new team members!

Final push to the end of the campaign stretch goals announced to 60k!

Good evening incredible backers!

We have updated the stretch goal chart through 60k to try for a clean sweep of all stretch goals before the buzzer!  Let us know what you think of the remaining goals in the comments.  We are tracking all the feedback and will be making final changes in the pledge manager for some of the outstanding feedback on the Work in Progress items.  The Broken wall will have jagged broken posts, The roof topper will get a trapdoor, the rampart level of the modular tower will have the option of different door locations to make a true corner, etc.  The Pledge Manager is only the beginning of this journey :)

Modular Guard Tower Addon! and Galladoria update

Hello Backers!

We are quickly coming up on the last 48 hours of the campaign and we are so excited to share with you the Modular and Configurable Tower Addon!  This is still a work in progress  as we finalize each piece to make sure it works seamlessly with our system and has the final visual elements we want in place.  We are also going to be releasing an accessory pack for the hanging stump system, but unfortunately that will not make it until the pledge manager.  So hopefully it is something to look forward to post campaign!

We have been a bit quiet at the end of the campaign.  We had the awful luck of being hit with a covid outbreak this weekend and the shop is closed this week while all of our staff is recovering from covid :(  I wanted to make sure I got this update out to everyone and explain why we are so quiet right now!

Onto the Modular Tower!!!

Faction Barricade Scale Reference Photos and more!

Good afternoon backers!

In this update you will get to see scale reference pictures of all 4 faction barricades as well as the upcoming Broken wall segment painted and in line.

We have also unveiled the $52,000 stretch goal a Dwarf Scatter piece that will be free for all backers!

We also provided a picture of the rampart segment disassembled for easy storage :)
